A Boutique Strategic Advisory Firm

With a primary focus on the media and technology industries

Bryor Media Partners is a boutique strategic advisory firm with a primary focus on the media and technology industries. Through the combination of industry experience and a deep network of relationships at the highest levels, BMP provides its clients with specialized strategic advice and services in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing and related matters. Our expertise comes from over 30 years of experience working in some of the largest media and technology companies, evaluating and closing many high profile transactions. BMP looks at both sell-side and buy-side engagements from a buyer's perspective. Having spent many years on the buy side in large, international media companies, BMP knows what buyers are looking for and what it takes to get a deal closed. This experience gives BMP a unique perspective on businesses, and on the key elements, which drive transactions.

BMP takes a long-term view in representing our clients. The key in any transaction, in addition to maximizing value, is finding the right partner to establish a strong, long-term relationship. BMP brings to its clients its vast experience managing acquired companies in large, international organizations to help guide clients to the right buyer, and prepare clients for what to expect following the completion of a transaction.

BMP works across all areas of media and technology, including film, television, advertising and digital media. The company is based in Los Angeles, operates throughout the United States, and has long-term strategic relationships with companies across the U.S. and Europe.
