RON MILKES

Principal

Ron Milkes is a Founding Principal of Bryor Media Partners.  Prior to establishing BMP with Bryan Bowles, Ron was Executive Vice President, Operations, Strategy & Corporate Development at Endemol USA, the North American division of the largest independent production company in the world.  In that role, Ron was responsible for management of Endemol’s business operations, helping to guide the company’s strategy in North America, and managing the company’s mergers and acquisitions and joint venture activities in North America. While Ron was at Endemol, the company acquired Original Media, 51 Minds and Authentic Entertainment, and entered into many strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Endemol, Ron was Executive Vice President of Operations and General Counsel for Control Room / Live Earth, where he ran the company’s operations, evaluated new ventures and managed all areas of business affairs. Prior to his time at Control Room, Ron was General Counsel for The Firm, where he also served on the Board of Directors. While at the Firm, Ron was responsible for all M&A and joint venture activity, including the acquisition of AMG from Michael Ovitz, among many other acquisitions, divestures and other transactions.

Before joining The Firm, Ron was a corporate and M&A attorney with Alschuler, Grossman, Stein & Kahan, with a practice focused on media companies.

BRYAN BOWleS

Principal

Bryan Bowles is a Founding Principal of Bryor Media Partners with over 15 years of experience providing strategy and M&A services in the media sector.

Prior to establishing BMP with Ron, Bryan was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for ITV Studios America, the largest independent television production company in the United States. In that position, Bryan supervised all M&A and joint venture activity in North America, while providing strategy support for the full ITV portfolio of companies. During his tenure at ITV, he was the principal lead on the acquisitions of Gurney Productions, High Noon Entertainment, and Thinkfactory Media.

Prior to joining ITV, Bryan spent 12 years at Sony in a variety of M&A/strategy and operational roles at both Sony Corporation of America and Sony Pictures Entertainment. While at Sony, Bryan played leading roles in the 2.2BN acquisition of MGM Studios.

Before joining Sony, Bryan worked at Credit Suisse in its media and entertainment group based in Los Angeles.
